Welcome to DigitalsPrintout. These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of our digital products. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
All products offered by DigitalsPrintout are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to you. Products are sold and delivered exclusively through our Etsy shop, DigitalsPrintout.
Delivery
Your digital files are available for instant download immediately after your purchase is completed. Once your payment is confirmed on Etsy, you will receive a download link so you can access your files right away.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital goods, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Corrupt or defective files: if your download is corrupt or does not work as described and we are unable to provide you with a working replacement, we will issue a refund.
To request help with a duplicate charge or a corrupt file, please contact us at contact@digitalsprintout.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Acceptable Use
Your purchase includes a personal-use license for the digital files. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly. If you would like to use our products commercially, please contact us first.
