Frequently Asked Questions
What DPI is needed for professional print?
300 DPI is standard. 150 DPI is OK for large format. Below 100 will look pixelated.
What is DPI?
Dots per inch — how many ink dots per linear inch. More = sharper prints.
DPI vs PPI?
DPI = printer output. PPI = screen pixels. Often used interchangeably.
Is my image high enough resolution?
Use Calculate DPI tab — if result is 300+ you’re ready to print.
